I think on Tuesdays I will share with you a favorite link of mine. Last year I found the most wonderful site for e-patterns for sewing and quilting and lots of other crafts. It is www.youcanmakethis.com and has patterns to download for a really reasonable prices. I did the ribbon t-shirt for my granddaughter. She designed the shirt. Emilee is 9 years old and very creative. She wears this shirt, just a simple Wal-Mart t-shirt in the beginning, with white knit capris. I encourage you to go to this site and explore it for a bit. Caution....you may get lost for a couple hours here!
Today I share with you a blessing in my life. God blessed me with wonderful and loving parents. My Mom has been gone since '97 but loving memories of her fill my heart and her teachings allow me to grow everyday in the role of parent and Christian. My Dad is thankfully still here with us and blessing us everyday. Growing up I thought all children had wonderful and loving parents. Imagine my surprise to learn that just isn't true. Today I salute all parents that strive to be what God intended them to be.
